Croft love a challenge and whilst sweeping curves and large open plan spaces look amazing, these lines hide the complexity of the structural gymnastics taking place behind. Torsion analysis were carried out to deal with the curvature of the lintels to be inserted in the external curved walls.

Croft’s extensive experience with a variety of materials, combined with our advanced design software, enabled us to engineer concrete floors that met strict vibration and deflection tolerance requirements. Timber floor areas were also reinforced to adhere to the same performance standards as the concrete sections
