Croft was asked to work on this lovely detached property in Wimbledon.  The alterations required a loft conversion, internal alterations, rear extension, and a basement.  We helped to develop the project and produce the lovely internal spaces the client and Architect required.

The small coal cellar was expanded into a full basement.  The existing floor was lowered and the base basement to the rear was formed.  A new lightwell to the rear completed the basement allowing light to flood in.  We were also employed on this project to undertake site inspections.  We visited several times during the works to inspect.  As well as the formal visits an additional 5-6 informal visits were completed: As we have numerous jobs in the local areas engineers are often close by when possible site visits are completed free of charge just to check that the works are progressing smoothly.
