This project required the complete renovation and conversion of a Victorian Terrace house in Fulham. The works included a loft conversion, ground and rear single storey extension and basement construction.
Croft Structural Engineers provided the information for the Construction Method statement at planning. This involved the production of a detailed report covering the implications of constructing the basement. The planning officer was happy with our proposal and the scheme was approved. Croft has developed a wide range of knowledge in the production of Fulham Subterranean Construction Method Statement
Croft Structural Engineers provided their tried and tested method of cantilevered retaining walls inserted in segmental sequence. Croft Structural Engineers utilised this method of construction as it provides great temporary propping, short term protection of works and an excellent long term design.
