The renovation of a two and half storey, detached Arts and Croft Property in Wimbledon. The house is locally listed and comprises features such as circular bay widows, large curved roofs and massive chimney.
Minimising structural impact
Croft helped to provide more space within the narrow roof area by minimising the structural impact. The new contemporary side addition successfully mixes old and new, creating a lighter and more open plan kitchen area leading onto the garden.
Lovingly restored
The property has undergone many alterations over the years. Quartet ensured all the original features were retained and lovingly restored; including the fabulous Arts and Crafts oak staircase.
