Victorian Kitchen & Side Extension, Highgate
Croft Structural Engineers Ltd had completed the property two doors down. We were then recommended to the client to help her complete her dream kitchen.
The work entailed removal of a ground floor cross wall and the side extension of the property.
The works were fairly small and no architect was employed. Croft Structural Engineers Ltd completed all the drawing and detailing work required for the project.
Croft Structural Engineers also undertook the role as Party Wall Surveyor, and formalised the Party Wall Award with the adjacent owner's surveyor.
