Two Storey Side & Rear Extension,

A great extension to a domestic property: A two storey side extension and a single storey rear extension were added to the already substantial building in Blackheath.
The client requirements were for a large open internal space to create a lounge and dining area, with wide openings to the rear. Croft Structural Engineers expertise of designing in a variety of building materials ensured that the clients was more than happy with the end result.
There was a potential problem with large fir trees close to the property. Croft's knowledge and expertise of differing soil conditions allowed for the existing garage to be doubled in height and extra rooms created without any adverse cost implications to the clients budget.
Croft Structural Engineers work hard to provide a good service that supplies the client with the information needed to complete their works. Due to this we find that 95% of our work is repeat clients. We were introduced to the client by a great local Architect, Stephen Atwood from Outside the Box.
