Dalmore Road is a lovely rear extension with a large glazed roof area and glass doors to the extensive rear span. We worked closely with Mittleman Architects to ensure the client’s brief of an open space with no internal columns or walls was met.

The intended concept

The concept was to produce a clear open span space. No column interrupted the living and dining area. Above the space the glass forms a division from the new extension and the Victorian building. Two beams are used to support the Victorian extension over.

Making a dream a reality
