After completing the purchase of the property the client embarked on a major renovation and conversion.
A new basement was added below the building, a rear extension and a loft conversion.
Croft Structural Engineers worked on the project for 2 years. At the beginning we provided detailed structural information for the main items.
Towards the end of construction the Croft Structural Engineers provided structural design advice for the small stair sections. Our skills are such that we can design the small as well as the large. From the photos you can see the stairs came out very well.
