Christ Central, Penge, Bromley SE20
Originally constructed as a large 1900 shop this building has numerous alterations and conversions to transform it into the place of worship it is now. Croft Structural Engineers were lucky enough to work with Martin Steele Partnership on the latest alterations.
Previously a large open plan building had been added to the rear and was the main location for the services. The front required work to open up the existing structure and make its layout more usable for the modern church.
Croft helped with the structural alterations and the renovations forming this into a hidden jem in Penge.
