Substantial Renovation
Croft Structural + Civil collaborated with Advantage Basements to realise the requirements of this residential renovation in Wandsworth, including a basement extending into the rear garden.
Schematic Design
The property had recently had a rear and side extension built which involved the installation of steel beams and columns at ground and foundation levels. These needed to be supported during and after construction, our experience in combining temporary works enabled us to come up with a schematic design to fulfil the requirements of the brief.
