Small single storey nursery with open plan rooms. Funds were tight and economies had to be made. Instead of simply reducing the overall size of the building, Croft Structural Engineers provided an innovative hybrid timber and masonry frame solution.
The architect's did their best, but the final building is only a shadow of their initial ideas.
