"Row Row Row your boat" . . .To the bottom of the garden a small brook ran. Over the years it had been enclose in a concrete culvert.

Croft were asked to undertake the design of the flat developments. We considered that it was essential to complete a site inspection. Without a visit on this project the stream would have been missed. While outside our brief we helped the developer with the flood risk assessment and provided a design that incorporated the possible future flooding of the brook to minimise its effect on the building.

We aimed to be helpful and provide additional services where needed. On this project we helped with the site works. The developer was concerned with the ordering of the steelwork. We attended site and drew up the final fabrication drawings, on top of this we recommended the fabricators to use, and also took the drawings to the fabricators to help the developer order the steelwork.

It's this approach that has pushed us to win "Best Small Business"!
