Sunnley House, Croydon

A 1960 office building required renovation to provide it with a new lease of life.  Mainly this required upgrading of the services throughout the building.  Croft Structural Engineers worked closely with the M&E contractors.  Where holes were cut through the concrete floors high end analytical methods were used to prove that additional steelwork support was not required.  Instead carbon fibre strips were fixed to the soffits.  These eliminated works to areas already completed.

We worked closely with the architect Geragthy Taylor to produce a tailored solution to the front entrance.

Hunter Plastics

Hunter Plastics are the UK's major producer of drainage pipe work.  Croft Structural Engineers has been employed on a variety of small projects to allow for plant work to be position within the factory.
