Station Rd, Rainham

A  small development of 5 house of three different types.  What made this project interesting was the innovative use of SIPS panels and new material being brought into the country from Holland.

Vencel Recil the manufacturer of the panels contacted Croft after have problems finding engineers capable of dealing with the new composite sandwich material.
