Croft comes in contact with a range of builders and are therefore able to help recommend builders. We constantly up-date our data base contractors.  A Contractor can only be as good as their last job therefore put forward appropriate contractors, based on our knowledge of their performance on current or recent projects.

Litigation Support 

We prepare Expert Witness reports and technical advice for instructing Solicitors, attend conferences with Counsel and other experts in respect of building defects or alleged deficiencies in Survey Reports.
