Bendall Mews

A small development in Marylebone.  Constructed on a  tight site the client required a basement to be constructed requiring complicated party wall awards to be completed.

Croft Worked closely with the architect Kristi Roger Architect and the Party wall surveyor to complete a fine design suitable for the site.

The close proximity to a car park entrance required that the work be designed for impact loadings from cars.

Farm House & Stables in Hertfordshire

New build detached house & stables.  Design incorporates many new sustainable design ideas.

The timber frame is designed with increased thickness to accommodate high levels of insulation dramatically reducing the heat loss from the building. 

A green grass roof is included over sections of the stables and house to help the design blend into the environment.
