Thames Valley
University Although not truly a new build Croft structural engineers help enlarge Thames Valley University. A new build extension was required. Due to the time constraints and support conditions a steel frame was designed. The project was procured under a design and build package. Croft Structural Engineers worked with Griffiths Construction to complete the design element. |

Hertfordshire University Village The Director of Croft Structural Engineers play a pivotal role in the design and construction of a Halls of Resident Village for Hertfordshire University. 1500 new rooms were required to be built by the the university for new students. The construction utilised precast concrete panel technology to ensure the project was completed on time. The use of concrete panels drastically reduced the need for brick layers who were in short supply at the time.
