Small Domestic Refurbishment, South London Alterations to the ground floor of a large residency. The alterations required the removal of a majority of the ground floor while keeping the upper floors habitable. This entailed an in depth survey of the premises and a detailed method statement of the propping work.

Priory Hospital The Priory Private Hospital has a C17 building on one of its sites. Over the years the top floor had become used as offices and the office staff were have problems with the floors. The deflection/sagging of the floors was so excessive that the one older lady had difficultly pulling the draws out of the filing cabinet, and another persons chairs continually rolled away from their desk! Croft Structural Engineers Surveyed the building and prepared strengthening works to the floors. |
